Bok Bok!


This spring Eric and I joined a community supported agriculture with some friends of ours. The CSA is like buying a share of a local farm, and in return we get locally grown, organic fruits and veggies delivered fresh each week. Occasionally, our weekly batch turns up some interesting and unfamiliar looking vegetables. Today we got a long, green bulb like thing, with feathery leaves. A search on the internet revealed that it was zef fino fennel... not a clue how to use it. We also found a great recipe online that included bok choy and tofu in a soy ginger sauce- so that's what we had for dinner. It was delicious!
