Summer Recap

So I've taken a big ol' blog hiatus- but we've been busy! In July we went to Mackinac Island for my grad school friend Missy's wedding.  It was fantastic!  The wedding was beautiful and the island was a step back in time- no cars, only bikes and horses.  We had a great time biking around and enjoying the slower pace of life.  Since then, Eric has been in a few bike races, most recently the 24 Hour Salsa at Afton Alps.  Eric, his brother Matt and two other guys tackled the mountain and each biked 6 laps.  Needless to say, he was quite the sight afterwards!
